At En Gold, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our stone and timber collections; however, if your piece is not perfectly suited for your home, we offer a 14-day return window for most items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide photos of the item in its original packaging.
Secure Packaging
Ensure the item is safely repacked in its original custom crating or box to prevent damage during transit, as items not returned in original packaging may be ineligible for a refund.
Arrange Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized furniture courier to collect the item from your residence, with the return shipping costs deducted from your final credit.
Quality Assessment
After our warehouse team inspects the returned piece to confirm it is in pristine condition, we will issue your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
